MiloJulo Terms of Use
Draft, version 1. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Last updated 26 October 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and MiloJulo. By creating an account you accept them, along with the Community Guidelines and the Data Notice.
What MiloJulo is
MiloJulo helps you find people nearby whose intent matches yours — friends, activity partners, people to date, people to work with — and nudges you towards meeting in real life. You tell us what you are looking for (your Modes), we show you people within the distance you choose, and either of you can ask to connect. A chat opens only when both of you agree.
MiloJulo is an introduction service. We do not vet, interview or background-check anyone. Email verification means someone could read a code sent to that address; it says nothing about who they are. Treat everyone you meet here as a stranger, because they are.
Being 18 or over
MiloJulo is for adults. You must be 18 or older, and you tell us your date of birth when you join. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
The Casual Mode is explicitly about adult intent. It only appears between two people who have both chosen it, and images and video in those chats need both people to allow them first. Everything in the Community Guidelines about what may not be sent applies there too.
Your account
- One account per person. Use your own name and your own photos — photos that show you.
- Keep your email address secure. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- You are responsible for what you post and send.
What you may not do
The Community Guidelines are part of these terms and say this in detail. In short: no harassment, no sexual content outside what Casual allows, no nudity involving anyone who has not consented, no content involving minors, no hate speech, no threats, no scams, no selling, no impersonation, no spam, no soliciting money, and nothing illegal.
Do not scrape MiloJulo, automate accounts, or try to get around blocks, bans or the rate limits.
Meeting people
Meetings arranged through MiloJulo are between you and the other person. We are not there, we do not supervise, and we are not responsible for what happens. Read the safety advice in the app before a first meeting: meet somewhere public, tell a friend where you are going, arrange your own way there and back, and leave if anything feels wrong. You never owe anyone an explanation.
What we may do about your account
We may hide, remove or refuse content, and suspend or close an account, when we believe these terms or the guidelines have been broken, or to protect someone. We try to be proportionate, and a person reviews every report.
A ban is permanent. We do not currently have a way to reverse one, so we do not promise an appeal. If you think we have got it wrong, write to us at the address below and we will read it.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or from the deletion page on our website without installing the app. What happens to your data is in the Data Notice.
We may stop offering MiloJulo, or change what it does, at any time. If we close the service we will tell Members with as much notice as we reasonably can.
The dull but necessary part
MiloJulo is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of faults, or that you will meet anyone. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what other Members do or say, or for anything that happens at a meeting arranged here. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
Changes
When we change these terms in a way that affects what you agreed to, we publish a new version and ask you to accept it before you carry on using MiloJulo.
